What's the difference between the signature detail and booking interior + exterior separately?
The signature detail combines both services into one streamlined session — you get the full interior and exterior treatment done at once, saving time and ensuring a consistent result. The inclusions are the same as our individual interior and exterior packages combined.
How long does the signature detail take?
Typically 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Cars that are maintained regularly tend to be on the shorter end.
What's the regular client rate?
Returning clients receive the signature detail at $150 instead of $180. There's no formal subscription — just book your next detail and let us know you're a returning client. We value loyalty and keep things simple.
Do I need to prepare anything before the detail?
Just remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle, and make sure we have access to a hose tap and power outlet at your location. We bring everything else.
Can I book a signature detail at my workplace?
Absolutely. Many of our clients book us while they're at work. As long as we have access to the vehicle, power, and water, we can detail anywhere across Auckland.
