It depends on the service. An exterior detail takes about 45 minutes, an interior detail 1–1.5 hours, and our signature detail (interior + exterior) takes 1.5–2.5 hours — regulars' cars tend to be cleaner so they're on the shorter end. Ceramic coating is a half-day job, and cut & polish typically takes 2–4 hours depending on the vehicle's condition.

We're fully mobile and service all of Auckland — from the North Shore to South Auckland, West Auckland to the Eastern Suburbs. As long as you have access to power and water on-site, we can come to you.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle, a power outlet, and a water source, you're free to carry on with your day. Many of our clients book us while they're at work.

We use P&S Detail Products — professional-grade formulas imported from the USA, trusted by detailers worldwide for over 60 years. Every product is pH-balanced and safe for all automotive surfaces including paint, leather, vinyl, and fabric.

Just remove any personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle. We'll handle everything else. If you're getting an exterior detail, make sure we have access to a hose tap and power outlet.

Our exterior detail ($70) covers the full outside of the vehicle — snow foam, hand wash, wheels, tyres, glass, and hand-dried finish. The interior detail ($110) is a deep clean of the cabin — vacuum, shampoo, wipe-down, and glass. Our signature detail ($180, or $150 for regulars) combines both into one session for a complete transformation.

We recommend a full detail every 4–6 weeks to keep your vehicle in top condition. If you drive daily or park outdoors, more frequent washes help protect your paint. Regular clients get our discounted rate of $150 for the signature detail.

Yes — regular clients receive our signature detail at $150 instead of $180. There's no formal subscription, just book your next detail and let us know you're a returning client. We value loyalty and keep things simple.
